Delivery & Set up
- Set Up & Collection: We set up on the day of your event before your event starts and collect the next day.
- Delivery & Pickup Times: Our delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and fees apply (we will quote you) You must provide a 3-hour window within this time.
Delivery or pickup outside these hours (including same-day pickup) will incur an extra fee. - Venue Bookings: If your event is at a venue, you must get their permission and give us the venue details at the time of booking.
- Payment: Full payment is required at least 3 days before your event unless you’re paying cash on the day.
- Parking / Loading Dock (IMPORTANT): You must provide access to parking or a loading dock for at least 30-60 minutes (or longer if advised). This is essential for safe delivery and setup.
